Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. We are reopening for winter season on December 15, 2024. Join us for Breakfast, Lunch, Après, and Dinner and experience Executive Chef Senthil's exciting new winter menus.

We have a $50 per bottle corkage fee and guests are permitted to bring a maximum of two bottles per party. All seating requests are noted, but not guaranteed.

We had terrible service. Our waiter didn't take drink orders, never checked on us and didn't check after entrees were delivered. Steak was ordered medium and delivered rare. Would not recommend.

Dining at this restaurant was an experience highlighted by the outstanding staff. From the moment we walked in, their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel right at home. Our waiter, Lucas, deserves special mention; he was nothing short of phenomenal. The food was another star of the evening, arriving promptly and tasting delicious. However, there was one minor hiccup - the grits accompanying the chicken entree were served cold. A suggestion for improvement would be to heat the plates before serving to maintain the warmth of the dishes. On a sentimental note, my wife and I honeymooned here eleven years ago. Back then, the prices were about half what they are now, which gave us a bit of sticker shock this time around. Despite the higher costs, revisiting this place felt like coming full circle, making our return visit all the more special.

One of our favorite spots in Deer Valley. Shnitzel is a must have.

😟Cold and “drafty” table, pungent cheese smell throughout the restaurant, octopus was tough, meat not cooked to med rare as requested, but …cauliflower steak was good and our waiter was excellent 🤗

Food was great, service was great. We had the fondue and a wide variety of the main menu. Really helpful splitting the bill in a large group, and they did it perfectly. It's weird they have a tv like they want it to be a sports bar in a rustic-Austrian style restaurant. Most painful was the heating under the booth made it really hot. We didn't ask to move but this made most of us need to take a break outside to cool off. We didn't ask to be moved, because it looked pretty full and we didn't want to make a big deal, but maybe this could be adjusted down some.

Sorry. This is the most disappointing meal I’ve ever had in Park City. The $22 onion soup had no cheese. The pumpkin gnocchi was mushy and flavorless. My kid’s Mac and cheese was wet, had almost no hint of cheese and desperately needed salt. The schnitzel was a tiny portion, deconstructed, and flavorless. In fact, flavorless was the theme of the evening. The charred octopus was raw inside, like rubber, and had to be sent back. And my duck breast was ordered medium, but arrived absolutely uncooked. Dangerous to serve raw poultry. When they ‘threw it under the broiler’ it was served again, but had zero flavor. The skin was like rubber. Literally the worst duck dish I’ve ever had. My beer never arrived, despite ordering it twice. The ‘free’ apple streudel dessert’, as it was my birthday, had soggy crust. This meal was severely overpriced, but most importantly, it was LOUSY. I did not wish to embarrass my family, thus I did not ask the manager to dismiss the bill. I paid, I tipped properly, and I left. We ate previously frozen pizza when we got home. Management should call me and return my money.

Neat place but way overpriced. $80 for a bottle of wine that you can get at liquor store for around $16.00. Portions are not very generous, everything is A la carte, (you even have to buy bread whereas most other places that’s a given.) Glad we tried it but doubtful we would go back.

The atmosphere is nice, very European. The tough thing about the restaurant is the very strong smell of the cheese fondue. It’s overpowering and interferes with your ability to taste your food. They need to switch the cheese on the fondue to something less offensive. We heard other diners asked to be moved and we wish we had done that.
