Located between the Delaware River and Canal in Bucks County, the Golden Pheasant Inn offers fine dining and luxurious accommodations in a truly picturesque setting. We are only one hour and thirty minutes from New York City or Philadelphia, and only 25 minutes north of New Hope, PA.
The Inn had previously been family-owned and operated for over 30 years by the Faure family. Jack Thompson, of the Thompson Organization and the Black Bass Hotel, purchased the Golden Pheasant in July of 2019 and plans to reopen in the new year. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Golden Pheasant Inn!

Superb halibut. Excellent French onion soup. Superior Moules frites. Rack of lamb truly worth the trip Drive out of your way for their ice cream.

My husband and I had a delicious dinner here!! The shrimp cocktail was one of the best we have had, the salads were so fresh and creative and the halibut special was outstanding. To top off the great food we had amazing service!!! Our waitress had almost every table in the room yet you felt like you were her only table. She didn’t miss a beat. I think commenting about the excellent service is just as important as the delicious food because these day great service is hard to come by these days. We highly recommend the Golden Pheasant Inn!!

This was a girlfriend get together. She had the crab and Brie omelette which she said was very good. I had the smoked pain with smoked salmon avocado poached eggs and hollandaise. It was amazing! We had berry sorbet for dessert, very refreshing. Service was excellent and the ambiance is so nice. Love all the windows in the dining room.

Wonderful night at our favorite restaurant. Maia was amazing as our server. We love this place and can’t say enough nice things about it. It Is our favorite restaurant for good reason.

The Golden Pheasant may be my new favorite restaurant. My husband and I had a nice table inside overlooking the canal. I need my meal to be gluten free and there were several options available on the menu including eggs benedict that could be made GF using gluten free bread. I was even provided a delicious gluten free Bloody Mary that the bartender mixed from scratch. Both my gluten free meal and my husband's regular meal were delicious. Our waiter, Gabe, was friendly and efficient. My husband and I both look forward to dining at the Golden Pheasant again in the near future.

Food was okay. Way overpriced for what you get. Less than 1/2 inch of wine in glass cost me $15. Would not go back.
