The atmosphere is lovely and cozy. It was a disappointing meal due to errors in the kitchen. I ordered a burger with no bun and no onions. Im a gluten free eater. It came out with both. When I graciously told the food runner she apology profusely. She returned moments later with the burger off the bun. Which told me that they simply removed the bun, and the meat had contact with the bread. To my dismay the onions were still present on the burger and it also appeared that there may have been fried (breaded) onions too. Sorry too late to save this burger for me. The waitress returned and I asked her to remove my meal and we were on tight schedule to get to a show. My dinner guests food looked delicious and they had zero issues. It was also odd, for an upscale restaurant, that the menu didn't seem to have a label for vegetarian or vegan or any food allergies.

Disappointing. Great menu with reasonable prices and while food was good, service was terrible. Servers were non-attentive and exceptionally slow, even though there were very few tables occupied. Ambiance was confusing: Italian cuisine but decor felt more like Bahama Breeze, and music was mostly disco, Stevie Wonder, and the volume was way too loud and distracting. Management needs to make some improvements before I go back for food or recommend to others. Oh, went with coupon for free app or dessert which we discussed with server before ordering, and when we the time came for dessert, she said they had none left. She offered scoop of vanilla ice cream. If I had known that beforehand I would have selected an appetizer.

Restaurant looks very nice! Service was ok but the food was terrible. I got an appetizer with an old I got an appetizer with yesterday's toast that I couldn't bite. The waitress told me about it herself when I pointed it out. The kids got re-fried fries and chicken fingers. My dish was sour and spicy, no other flavor, my husband's steak was also spicy, the potatoes were tasty but the vegetables were old. Maybe it would be worth reducing the portions (they are definitely too big) but taking care of better quality and taste. Unfortunately I don't intend to go back there, although the decor is inviting.

For a winery and tasting room they were out of Sauvignon Blanc, food was just ok; although our server was great this was a one and done.
