We went for a weekday late lunch. The food and the location was great. Brooke was our server and she was very friendly and helpful.

A great place for sharing drinks & food with friends and/or family, unfortunately the terrace was crowded (we understood —> great view +weather). Our waitress was excellent (I’m so sorry for not remembered her name) she was very friendly and takes cared of us very well with our drinks and food…. Many thanks to you.

I had specifically booked this restaurant for our 28th wedding anniversary for 7:30pm. When we arrived we were told to have a seat and wait to be called for our table. By 7:45 we were still waiting for our table all the while people who had 7:45 reservations were being shown to their table. It was at this time I went up to the hostess explaining what I was seeing and listening to and displaying my displeasure. Another hostess stepped and offered her apologies and said that the manager would then step in. It wasn't until we were seated that the manager came over to offer her apologies. From that moment on the evening went well and they couldn't do enough for us. I am not one to complain much in fact I'm a pretty easy going guy but the first impression set the mood for my wife and myself. Overall it was a nice evening the food was good other than they messed up on my wife's order and the waitress was awesome.

We were very disappointed that we had to wait to get seated ant a table for over 35 minutes even though we had a reservation that I had made over 2 weeks prior to our visit. Once seated, we had an excellent waitress and the food was good. If you are looking for a quiet, calm place to dine this is not the place for you. It was very loud, vibrant and energetic; which had a party-like atmosphere. Good for many I am sure!

We had a very good dinner at Flo. The airy room is comfortable and bright and noise was normal for a large open room. Service was prompt and friendly. I had the Halibut main and my companion had the salad with pecans and cranberries topped with Ahi tuna. Both dishes were delicious but the salad was over-dressed making the greens a little soggy over time. Still, it was tasty and next time we would order the dressing on the side. My only complaint on this Friday night was the music. There was a DJ but I swear that the same song seemed to be playing the entire time we were there.

One of the best patios in Victoria. Exceptionally efficient and friendly service and eclectic and varied menu, all delicious choices. Highly recommend the Turkey Bacon Club (skip the Brie) and frites. The Beef Dip is also excellent!
