We had a reservation and arrived on time. The appetizer came out fairly quickly and was very good. However, 55 mins after we sat down our entrees still were not out. When I inquired how much longer it would be the waiter brought out the 1 order, the pizza and said they were going to start preparing my salmon entree now. I had them cancel it and took the pizza to go since we had tickets to show at Paramount theatre. Very disappointing experience. The waiter could not have been nicer and was very apologetic. It was certainly not his fault.

Friendly staff/servers. Great menu selections. Only issue was we began with a yummy shared salad, then waited 55 minutes after that for our meal to be served( sliders, sandwiches & burger) ? Extreme

I am giving this feedback after two bad experiences. This place has declined after moving to the new spot. They subbed burrata with mozzarella without telling me and the pizza was on a pool of oil, it was gross. There were many other mishaps on the table, with food, timing, service and would be too long for this post. Never going back again.

Wonderful experience, there were seven of us getting a light supper before seeing an 8:00 show at the Paramount Theater. I made reservations a week early just to be sure to get them. We started with apps to share…the Mac and cheese as well as the calamari were both excellent. We then shared several pizzas and they also did not disappoint . A few of us had cocktails which were well made and the wait staff was quick, attentive and professional. All in all, it was a great experience and I look forward to my next visit. My only concern (and it has nothing to do with the restaurant), is parking… or lack of. The lot on the other side of the theater is limited and street parking is hit or miss. Give yourself time to park if you make reservations or have tickets to a show.

First time at Gleason's. Loved it! Out waitress, Sophia, was terrific! We had delicious food, great service and a wonderful time! They have a stage for live music, which we didn't hear, and the decor is really fun!

Service was incredibly slow. Sat for 15 minutes before someone even came to take a drink order. There seemed to be plenty of staff, and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Just very inattentive service.

It was the 4th of July, so while most folks were planning for fireworks and BBQ, it was my first trip to the new location. That being said, low staffed, half filled with customers, and a bit slow on the service made it a tough new beginning. I remeber the meatballs tasting more flavored, but all in all, it was decent. Get the pizza, and the pasta is a nice option with the heros.
