Ireland inspires us at Glas. We source the best local produce to produce an innovative and delicious menu with vegetables as the star. Glas is about exciting, eclectic flavours, complemented by a carefully curated menu of wines and cocktails.
Children are welcome for lunch, but children under 10 are not catered for after 5.00 pm.

The best thing about having dinner at Glas was that the food was incredibly tasty. But at a fixed price of €45 for two courses, everything else was an example of not delivering a proper customer focused experience, along with extremely bad value. I’ll make my points short; 1. I had to pay a deposit of €20 a head, which was charged in advance. This is not Covid dining. 2. We were made to order our desert with our main course, not allowing us to decide our preference after tasting dinner. 3. When we asked for water, we were not offered a choice of tap or bottle, but they brought a bottle without us ordering it. 4. While the main was incredibly tasty, its portion size wouldn’t pass for a starter. It was a pathetic quantity of food. 5. We were brought the incorrect side. I could not, with my hand on my heart, recommend Glas to anyone I know. You guys need to really adopt a proper approach to the customer.

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. The food was excellent, as were the wide range of cocktails. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Excellent dining experience - from arrival to paying the bill, everything was well managed and lovely. Fabulous food - really great menu choices.

Wow, where to even begin? From first setting foot in the door right till the very end, served with enthusiasm and passion. Both of us are big meat eaters so to try something out of the comfort zone and leaving with a belly full of one of the best meals we’ve tried is truly something special. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience and we hope to be in soon again. 11/10

The food, the service, the ambience all good. Didn't need to order a side as the main was so filling. Fabulous wait staff who really added to the good vibe. Will return.

A great night, the majority of the guests were not vegetarian/vegan but all appreciated the quality, variety, imagination & taste of the food! A great night out and although we were last to leave there was no pressure to do so. We’ll be back

Absolute 10 out of 10. Beautiful food and setting. Service was excellent and there were some very nice touches for my partners birthday. Really outstanding.

This is my 4th or 5th time going to Glas. The food is exceptional! Even when menu items contain ingredients that I KNOW I don't like, I know that these, let's face it, wizards in the kitchen, will make it taste good. There's some kind of magic happening in there because despite me absolutely hating coffee, they somehow managed to make a sausage out of pure coffee that made me question my ability to taste food. It was insanely good sausage. A coffee sausage!?!? Like, who thought of that and then had the absolute cheek to make it taste that good? The audacity of these people! The only drawback from the place is that I feel it would be frowned upon if I ordered another starter right after I'd eaten the first starter because I'm annoyed that I didn't get to eat the whole menu. Now, I hear you already "Just go back the next day and have another meal!". Well, how very dare you! What makes you think that I didn't suggest that to my wife and was shot down? Now I hear that they have a 7 course taster menu just before they change their seasonal menu and I just know I'd crawl over a mountain of broken glass while soaked in vinegar to try this. Oh god, am I a vegetarian now??!!??
