Ireland inspires us at Glas. We source the best local produce to produce an innovative and delicious menu with vegetables as the star. Glas is about exciting, eclectic flavours, complemented by a carefully curated menu of wines and cocktails.
Children are welcome for lunch, but children under 10 are not catered for after 5.00 pm.

Our second time at Glas, this time to celebrate a special occasion. The food was genuinely fantastic and had so many creative elements. The drinks were fun and the service was spectacular- we really felt taken care of. All in all, a truly memorable evening for celebrating- Glas is one of Dublin’s hidden gems.

Glas provides vegetarian and vegan food at it's very best. There is a great choice on offer. Even the non vegetarians in our party enjoyed their meal. We also had wine with our lunch and we can definitely recommend the pear cosmo! One is not enough. As the menu changes regularly a return visit a must. We would highly recommend you try this great restaurant.

As always, a really lovely experience dining at Glas. Service was attentive and the food delicious...and served from a gluten free kitchen, as my coeliac friend was over-the-moon to hear, such a treat to be able to choose whatever you want from the menu :) I always enjoy a relaxing dining experience here.

A really creative and delicious dining experience. I didn't love everything I tried but I think that's a part of dining out...trying new things and getting out of your comfort zone. The chestnut parfait was not what I expected and weirdly reminded me of foie gras (before I became a vegan/vegetarian I sadly did eat foie gras) The black cabbage entree was delicious tho. The black garlic ice cream was fantastic and unique and paired perfectly with the chocolate crumble. The saffron cake was a little too sweet for me but the ice cream made up for it. I loved sitting at the bar and had a fun chat with the bartender about Irish Whiskey. Refined service that still managed to be friendly. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional! I found this restaurant via Open Table and I'm so glad I went my last night in Dublin. If you are veggie/vegan I highly recommend you treat yourself to this culinary experience and go. I'd also encourage you to take friends who are not veggie/vegan so they can experience how incredible flavors can be created with purely plant based dishes. Loved the food, wine and service!

I dined at Glas the last time I traveled to Dublin in 2019. The experience was sublime. My 3 course dinner was memorable - still have pics. This time in 2024 - not so much. Of particular note was the portion sizes. Our main courses were really appetizers. The appetizers were also a "mini". We would have gladly paid more for a more filling meal, larger portions like in 2019. I was also disappointed that the actual menu was quite different from the what was on the website. We anticipated several choices that were not available. The menu that night was just OK, nothing that we were actually looking for. The dessert menu was forgetable. In 2019, the flavor profiles and textures of each course were creative and stimulating - in 2024 Meh. The service in 2024 was OK, but not as welcoming and engaging as in 2019. Would we dine at Glas during our next trip to Dublin? Sadly, probably not.
