This place never disappoints. They were slammed on a Saturday night with a wedding on top of regular diners, but didn’t miss a beat. Food was just as good as always, and staff was extraordinary - kept their cool and apologized in advance for delays that might, but didn’t happen. You don’t find this kind of professionalism everywhere - at G&theL it is consistent and refreshing.

First time at restaurant and not impressed .We gave the waitress our drink and appetizer order. She delivered drink , opened wine with cork in glass and we never saw waitress again. We had to ask another waitress who took over our table and this waitress was good. Food was very good and manager did make things right. So we will try restaurant one more time.

It took close to 2 hours to receive just our appetizers but luckily we didn’t have to wait an additional 2 hours for our entrees. The food was just fair. Our waitress was very nice , I’m sure the wait wasn’t her fault. I suspect there was just a backup in the kitchen since it was Valentine’s Day. They did accommodate our request to move our reservation to outside which I highly recommend as inside the entertainment was very loud.

Food was delicious! Service was a bit slow and we felt a but rushed. In the wait staffs defense, it was Valentine’s Day. To our surprise, Matt Stone (Elvis impersonator) was singing. It started out loud and we couldn’t talk. It got better. We would have dinner here again!

Had a very nice dinner. Appetizers were very tasty. Entrees were very good as well and large portions. Great array of food and desserts. They often have entertainment and have a cover charge of you sit inside.

Went to see an event last night, the noise level was very loud, and I could not hear the performer. However, the manager was as accommodating as she could be, and the meal was very good.

Need to lower entertainment fee especially when your eating a meal there. Also need to get rid of the call center which provides the incorrect information.

Had chicken Marcella that was really bad. 2 hard to find pieces of dried out chicken on a bowl of noodles with little sauce. Inedible. Wait staff should have noticed a full plate going back at end of meal
