Chef Rob Rossi & David Minicucci, have collaborated to bring a genuine neighbourhood restaurant to Dufferin Grove.

Designed by acclaimed architect Guido Costantino, a beguiling interior sets the stage for a convivial dining experience that honours traditional Italian fare while showcasing stand-out ingredients.

Original brick and beam frame this warm, welcoming space where no detail is left unconsidered.
Copper, Italian wool and red oxidized steel accents interplay with blonde wood and terrazzo, creating a rich, textured environment.

    Giuletta is a Toronto gem, stunningly fresh and delicious Italian food, with a perfect vibe that manages to be both electric and intimate, refined and cozy. Hospitality is job #1 for every staff member, including Chef Matthew Selvaggi who will gladly answer questions about the dishes if you score a seat at the chef’s counter at the open kitchen. Server JC made us feel at home all evening as we enjoyed courses of crudo, salad, pasta, wood-fired pizza, and dessert. Highly recommended.

    The food is delicious. The pasta portions are also generous, which I appreciate. Like at all TO restos, the prices are high - here, maybe a little higher than average. But again, you can't go wrong with the food.
