Le Girl & the Goat a ouvert ses portes en 2010 avec l'objectif de servir un menu de style familial débordant de savoureux aliments aux arômes audacieux, dans un environnement amusant et animé. Pour une expérience encore plus exceptionnelle, ils proposent une sélection de vins du monde entier avec un accent mis sur les petits producteurs, une carte rotative de bières artisanales et une liste de cocktails amusants créés par les barmen de l'établissement. Situé au 809 W Randolph, le Girl & the Goat est l'un des premiers établissements du Randolph Restaurant Corridor. D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : Lors de son ouverture en 2010, le Girl & the Goat a lancé le concept de la gastronomie décontractée dans le West Loop, sur l'emblématique Restaurant Row. Ring in the New Year at Girl & the Goat! We're celebrating with a prix fixe menu featuring some of our classics - as well as new and delicious faves! This experience is $135 per person and includes food and a bubbly toast of Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut - tax and gratuity are an additional charge. This restaurant used to be the best and awesome in all areas. Time has taken a toll and seems there is little attention to details and service. Staff look homeless and act the same. Very disappointing in what I would wish for such an awesome beginning has now resulted in a decline of quality.

Incredible restaurant. Our server Christopher L. spent the time to walk us through the menu and gave us recommendations based on our preferences. Every dish was great. I’m still trying to figure out what culinary magic went into the pickled mushroom side that came with the pork shank.

This was my wife's and my first visit. We had the Goat Liver Mousse, Empanadas and Pork Shank. We also shared the Sticky Toffee Cake and Ice Cream dessert. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent. We are definitely planning on going again. We made reservations for 5:15. When we arrived there were only a few other patrons. By the time we left the place was jumping.

Absolutely incredible! Before we even got to dinner, they reached out to ask if we’d like to sit inside or outside and about dietary restrictions. I was able to chat with a real staff member and confirm my dairy allergy. They had a dedicated dairy free menu and the waiter was informed before even getting to our table. Speaking of, our waiter was fantastic. So friendly and personable and gave great recommendations.

Dining at the Girl and the Goat was a wonderful experience. The food selections were interesting. As they were presented to us at the table, the server explained the dish. Each dish was a veritable cornucopia of flavors and textures. Each dish was beautifully presented. Our server's suggestions were right on target. The only drawback to the evening was the noise level. Instead of finding it "energetic," I found it loud making conversation difficult.

We loved our visit here. It had been recommended by a friend, and definitely lived up to their billing. The food was great, and the service friendly and efficient.

The Goat Empandas were definitely my favorite plate and our waiter was amazing! :) thanks for the birthday ice cream!

The experience was great from the ambience to the food to the overall service. One heck up was the main dishes were not brought to the table together. We had to alert our server Florentino, who apologized and gave us a complimentary dish. We will go back. It’s an awesome restaurant.
