We ate here a month ago and really enjoyed it. But that was pre season in Atlantic City. This time we did not have a good experience. We were seated at 8:00. Our dinners did not come until 9:40. I ordered a steak and it was hot and well cooked. The other 3 people in my party were not so lucky. All their dinners were cold. Two people sent their pasta dinners back. Thier food was mediocre. An appetizer came missing an ingredient. The atmosphere is beautiful. Wish our dinning experience was better. And it was a birthday, which I told them when making the reservation and they did not acknowledge it at all. Won’t be returning!

Everything was delicious! Traditional carpaccio perfect, tartaolini with shrimp and arugula. Pasta perfectly al dente, delicious sauce, shrimp and arugula. My favorite. Fried bacala with pickled peppers yum. Drinks : blood orange margarita! Delicious! And Girasole Manhattan delicious. Service very nice. No complaints!

Food and service were wonderful. Menu is robust and offers classic Italian cooking impeccably prepared, while providing interesting choices instead of the “same old same old” options. Don’t let the exterior appearance fool you, the place is a classic. Interior has elaborate decor, although could benefit from some maintenance and updating. This establishment has stood the test of time, and earns utmost respect.

Everything went smooth. We were seated when we arrived, our server was great answering all of our questions about the menu, food was spaced appropriately and was delicious. I can’t recommend the lasagna enough which is the Thursday special. The best we have ever had. We will be back for sure on another Thursday to have it.

Every dish we had was amazing. Our waitress was very efficient, kind & friendly. The host (possibly owner) was very attentive to all and made sure everything was great. We have been here multiple times but, this was one of our best experiences here and the food was delicious.
