    This place is awesome and the service is top-notch. It's a great way to start your day with one of the best breakfasts in Victoria, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Thanks so much!

    This was our first and last visit to this restaurant. Though the food was very good the service was extremely poor. Even though we had booked a table the greeting at the door was unwelcoming and we were just pointed to a table without menus. The server we had was unfriendly throughout. We were not offered any sauces when our food was delivered and despite asking another member of staff for some these never arrived. When plates were removed we were never offered any dessert. We had to ask for our bill and when bringing this over we were never asked if we liked our meal and that everything was ok. All in all a poor service restaurant and this was from three different employees. Definitely would not recommend.

    Service from wait staff was fine. Standard and what you’d expect in a restaurant. The same night there was a large cover so service was rushed in general. Portions of one meal was surprisingly small for the value, the waffles were cold on the inside & the Padron peppers were barely cooked so we’re tough & bitter. The kitchen was rushing to cover the larger table and unfortunately it meant that our experience was sub par. Other than that it was fine for a small get together given the prices.

    Really nice setting. Food was really nice & the northern option for gravy with the fish and chips was well received! 4 meals had, 4 empty plates…..need I say more.

    We all enjoyed our meals. My katsu curry was delicious. The manager was so friendly and when he found out that it was my daughter’s birthday, he bought her a cocktail. A great lunch in a very handy location, only a couple of minutes walk from The Apollo Victoria Theatre.

    There were four of us. Clean plates from all four starters and main courses. No room left for desserts. Service was first class allowing conversation to flow and not interrupting.
