    The ladies serving were excellent and complementary pudding given to my son for his birthday which was a complete surprise & lovely gesture. The food arrived quickly and was enjoyed by all thank you!

    We left due to the long wait and the unengaged staff , when asked about blue light discount which demonstrated 25% off online u was made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed staring it was only 10% ~ someone needs to change the details online and the Groupon voucher Such a shame as I loved Giraffe in Gunwharf Southsea Very disappointed 😞

    Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the taste of the food and portion size at Giraffe. I haven't been back in a while but booked to lunch here because I had a good past experience but I was very disappointed. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming other hand.

    We book here because the staff are great, service is quick and the kids menu is great value for central London. 2nd time here and everything was great. Thanks again!

    We have eaten in Giraffe for many years and always had a good experience, but not on this occasion. My wife and I had the Cod & Chips. My cod was overcooked and there was hardly any fish within the hardened skin, while my wife's portion was half the size of mine. We both had very few chips and a small portion of mushy peas. We are not complainers and so did not say anything at the time as we were on a tight time schedule.

    We ordered four meals—steak, fish and chips, and two kids meals—sausages and burger. It was all just okay. Wouldn’t go back.
