    Polite and friendly staff. Very kind and patient with me and my daughter. The food came to us quickly and was delicious! The waitress came to check on us after we received the food. Lovely staff, we wish there were more Giraffe restaurants around the country, we would definitely like to visit again

    First time to Giraffe. Not a massive selection on the menu, but liked the choices that were available. Food was lovely. Like the 2 sides for children, being healthy options. Pleasantly surprised by the prices. Good service. Would definitely go again.

    First time we have eaten here the staff were friendly and professional,food was great will definitely go again and recommend to family and friends

    Food was OK but chicken kebab I hadn't wasn't that warm, but tasty. Service was great. Price of soft drinks a bit excessive. Ambience suffers from the fact that it is in a train station and the people next to us were blaring their own music/films out on their phones.

    Having been here before and really enjoyed the food, I was disappointed this time. Arrived with a disabled party member (that they knew about) and they had allocated us a high table. Things were not available on the menu that we were not informed about until we tried to order them.

    Delicious food and great value. Gluten free food was delicious and server gave us huge confidence to eat there. Will go again.

    Service was not good at all, waiting ages for water, manager was great but the other staff were a joke, do they even want a job? Food you get is great but not a huge choice

    Good quality food, good service and we had an unrushed meal in about 45 minutes so we could catch our train. Used tastecard for a 25% discount so party of 4 very reasonably priced.

    Restaurant was closed when we arrived. We received no notification. Thanks goodness we found somewhere else. Very poor and will not be returning
