Food good and service good. Unfortunately one of our party got locked on the toilet due to a faulty lock on door. Manager called to support and sort. Door had to be kicked in to resolve issue. Manager Carly fab.

My daughter & I were visiting the Forum in Bath and I chose Giraffe for the simple reason that my daughter loves the animal. I couldn't have made a better choice. The food was delicious, the staff were lovely and the location was perfect. We will definitely visit again.

Well this is my 2nd visit in 2 weeks I'm literally trying to fit in as many as I can due to the fact they are closing Giraffe in Bath. Food amazing as always, live the staff in there always happy to see you & really chatty I will definitely miss them. So if you get chance to visit before they close I can highly recommend them.

I'm writing this just to say a big thank to the staff at Giraffe in Bath, they are always so chatty & efficient. I love the fact they recognise myself & husband as regular visitors & always make us feel welcome. It such a lovely place to eat great food & wine. But as I'm writing this I'm feeling a little sad as they have told me it will be closed in a couple of weeks & a Slim Chickens is replacing it. Big loss to Bath it will be missed by many I'm sure, good lucknto the staff.

This was the first time I had visit Giraffe and it was very nice. It took a while for someone to take our order and we waited longer for just a dessert menu, then even longer for the bill…we were actually wondering why there was only what it seemed to be one or two people serving. (It wasn’t quiet but it also wasn’t extremely busy, just wondered why there wasn’t enough people on a slightly busy day) The food itself mended our problem with the wait, it was really lovely and worth it. Value for money, I wouldn’t say so, it was expensive. However, Even though I had a few issues with very particular things, I would visit again, but I’d have to be prepared to take a loan out to get some food. I’d still visit tho
