Great food, creative Italian fusion that was fun to eat with a group. Wonderful wine list and cocktail menu. Husband/wife ownership team is phenomenal. Waiter offered great suggestions and was extremely kind, but service was a little spotty. Very reasonably priced. So many of the dishes were phenomenal, hard to name them all here but gnocchi was incredible, the special (veal tartar) was amazing, honestly enjoyed every dish we ordered. Listen to the wait staff - They were very helpful! I will be back (multiple times)

I had two dishes. The appetizer was a special; veal donburi with black truffle. For my main course I had the Spaghetti AOP. Both of these dishes were delicious. The pasta was cooked to perfection. I could have enjoyed a bit more pepperoncini (the P in AOP). Will definitely going back!

Absolutely incredible! The flavors were a tastebud wonderland!! Definitely a must try. We’ll be back for sure.

If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant this is not the place. Giovedi is an Italian Fusion restaurant and I wasn’t aware nor looked at the menu before coming here. Aside from that the dishes were great I got the Gnocchi Mabolegnese which is their take on gnocchi pasta with mabo tofu sauce. It was pretty good I have to say. One of the dish that stands out was the prosciutto, I enjoyed this dished and would definitely order it again.

Our hosts were very gracious about helping us to find a wine to enjoy for dinner - they offer a thoughtfully curated wine list along with excellent cocktails. Every bite if our dishes were also delicious!

We've been coming here since they were a pop-up and they only seem to be getting better. Drinks are unique and tasty, service is excellent and very friendly, and the food is the star of the show. Our favorite restaurant on Oahu by a long shot.

Very innovative cuisine. Really enjoyed the Asian/Italian twist that worked very well. Very good wine list as well. Highly recommended!

Yesterday was my second visit in the month. Vibe was cosy and clean, yet modern without being too much. Food delicious. Staff knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. Prices are fair. Very much looking forward to my next visit. I was amazed how the textures in some dishes endured. What I remember as a crumbled parmesan on the salad stayed crunchy the entire time!!!!! And the crunch in the mushroom donburi?! YUM.
