Unexpected gem in Chinatown. Looking for a great, innovative but spot on with the combinations place to eat, this is the place. The tartare with Parmesan and truffles was AMAZING. But then again, so was everything else (onion dip, Kampachi, clam special, gnocchi). Above it all, the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely on our short list to return to.

Great meal for our anniversary. Not sure if they were short staffed but food took awhile and drinks (one bartender?) even longer. When they arrived tho they were terrific. The nanatsuboshi white & venere black rice with cilantro pesto, pine nut, pecorino romano topped with with veal tartare finished with black truffle was insane. So ono! It’s a seasonal special so we’ll head back soon. Potatoes were good too. Ahi carpaccio had a chili crisp which I liked my wife did not. Had a rez so no wait.

Second visit to Giovedi and like a fine wine it keeps getting better. Brought an uncle visiting from Las Vegas and the team there crushed it. LOVED the Manilla clams special, salt and pepper potatoes, 2 pastas and the char siu pork. IMMACULATE. Thanks giovedi for continuously crushing it.

We enjoyed every dish and every crafted drink we ordered at Giovedi. The service, food and ambience were excellent. We tried one of the specials offered that evening and it was delicious. The steamed clams with saffron butter toast is flavorful and we savored every bite. They should definitely have this dish as a permanent item along with their many signature dishes that we frequently order. Can’t wait to go back!

This was a fantastic experience...from the second we walked in to the second we walked out. I would recommend dinning here 110%. The service, food, music, drinks was a breath of fresh air. We can't wait to go back. You can't go wrong with any choice they offer...seriously the best culinary experience on island so far...and we eat out a lot. Enjoy!

We tried Giovedi for the first time at the recommendation of another restauranteur and were not disappointed! Many unique dishes combining elements and ingredients of Asia with those of Italy in delightful combination. We’ll be back again!

Outstanding !! We had dinner the night before at the place bext door and decided to take my sister-in-law here for dinner before she returned to the mainland. We had the 84 Pontiac cocktail and then shared the HOKKAIDO MILK ROLLS, FOIE GRAS TORCHON for starters, Then we shared the MUSHROOM DONBURI, DAN MIEN VIETNAM-ITALIANA, and the GRILLED KAMPACHI. for dessert we topped everything off with the MRS. TRAN'S TIRAMISU and the FIVE-SPICE CARROT CAKE. Service was great. Parked around the corner in the lot under the park. Highly recommend !!

Tried to celebrate my anniversary but unfortunately we were unable to hear our conversation and enjoy ourselves due to the next table to us being less then a foot an away and being very loud. The only thing we would recommend after trying the menu would be their drinks and Prosciutto appetizer.
