In 1959, Frank and Tina D'Ambrosio decided to start a new restaurant venture along with their "Paisans" Mario and Enza Volpe, after Frank had much success with his first restaurant, the original "Frankie, Johnnie, and Luigi Too! In Mountain View, CA. Named after a good friend of theirs, they opened the original "Giorgio's" in the Foxworthy Shopping Center in San Jose, CA. One year later, cousins Anthony and Louise Dambruoso, affectionately known to the family as "Sash and Lou", took control of the restaurant and ran it for the next eight years. Pictures and paintings of these folks still grace the walls of the establishment today. In 1968, Frank's four sons assumed control of the restaurant and still own and operate it to this day. In 1997 they opened a second location in Milpitas, CA, where they still offer the highest standard of quality food, service, and value to their customers. Bon Appetit!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Giorgio's Italian Grill & Pizzeria in Morgan Hill, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service that made us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of spectacular. The New York Style" Lasagna dish, the Fettuccine Portofino dish, and the Meat Ravioli dish we tried were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The pasta was al dente, the sauces were rich and savory. The ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality, making each bite a delight. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with a charming Italian decor that added to the overall experience. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend dishes and ensure we had everything we needed. Our Server Patty was very attentive and friendly. She was very customer service oriented. Overall, Giorgio's Italian Grill & Pizzeria is a gem in Morgan Hill. Whether you're looking for a casual dinner with friends or a special night out, this restaurant is sure to impress. I can't wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings!

Great staff, the bar tender was great and fun to talk to, the wait staff was nice and made the evening special for both me and my friends!

It seems as if the chef changes recipes often. I have had the same salad every time I go and it’s different every time. This time an abundance of onions and red peppers just killed my meal.

This was my first experience at Giorgio’s and I’ll be back. The food and service was top notch. The place was packed with happy customers,. Why not? The ambiance was so welcoming to a good time.

We enjoyed our dinner at Giorgio's. We had cocktails, and delicious penne - one with Bolognese, and one Calabrese style, and took home leftovers since the portions are very large. The warm bread is a nice touch - just have to be sure not to eat too much of it before the entree arrives! We also had a glass of wine to complement the meal, and the bill was not as expensive as many other dining establishments we have been to. Our favorite part of the evening was our server, Christina. She had great timing of when to bring food and drinks, she knew a lot about food and wine, and had such a friendly personality! We'll ask for her again the next time we visit Giorgio's. Thanks for a very nice evening!

Food was delicious, especially the Gnocchi and the prawn spinach salad. Our waitress was delightful.
