   First time there. All staff were great, our wait was fun, helpful, efficient and friendly! It was a great overall experience!

   This pizza is not the best one but ok nothing wromg with it just not for me. The server was not having his best day but was polite and kind.

   Great food, glad our reservation was ready on time, sat next to a very loud party of people. This is a fun place, great wait staff.

   The server never came to check on us. Maybe only three times. My child got their food first while I waited 30 extra minutes for mine to finally come. And it wouldn't have showed up if I didn't mention anything at all. When the dish finally came it was wrong. Waited again. Once I got my food it was tasteless. Overall the service wasn't great and the food the same. First time going. Not a good impression.

   Our appetizer came out after entrees and the Buffalo chicken was cold. Not sure if it was put on a tray and forgotten or what happened. One kids pizza came out before the rest of the food. Also, the staff kept opening the interior door while all those eating at the restaurant were freezing cold - that certainly may doesn’t help food temps stay normal.

   Food was great, service was great. The only issue is how long it takes to get a deep dish pizza.

   I am from Chicago and have frequented Giodano's for years on visits there and often brought back frozen pizzas. Last time we went to the Denver location, we couldn't order a stuffed pizza because we wouldn't have enough time to make a Paramount concert. Server suggested we order ahead next time. I made a reservation and called an hour before to order only to be told the restaurant would not do that and we had to come in, order and wait. I offered to prepay, but they won't allow customers who order takeout to eat there. WTF? How stupid. Lou Malnati's is better anyways.
