The food was incredible! Drinks were lovely. Had the oven roasted whole fish and the broccolini - Mmmm Good! So appreciate the comp water both still and sparkling. Becky took good care of us. She was friendly and professional. Love Gioia, the wonderful staff and the dining space. Checked out the roof top bar too and will have to visit soon!

Food was very fresh and tasted delicious. They were out of the soup I inquired about and the drink my son requested. We had to ask for bread to be brought to the table. The server made a mistake with my son’s meal which they quickly rectified once I brought it to their attention - they comped his meal and our dessert. I was impressed with how they handled the error. Staff were friendly. The seating at our table was a bit cramped. They offered Gluten Free pasta as an option which I appreciated. All in all , it was ok - but a bit disorganized. I don’t think we would go back.

Our second visit to Gioia and it did not disappoint. Great food, interesting flavor combinations all made for a delicious meal. I find the room very noisy and see no indication that the owners have done much in the way of noise reduction. As a result it was often difficult to hear the soft spoken waiter or my dining companions. Here's a suggestion to the owners. We were a party of three. At least one of the apps we ordered was something on toast. It comes on two pieces of toast. With a party of four you could just order two servings. But that's more difficult with an odd number. Wouldn't it be nice to offer the option of a 1-1/2 portion to parties of three or five? We were stuck trying to slice up and divide two pieces of bread between three people -ultra awkward. Last, while the food is delicious, the prices were often surprisingly high. A branzino that wasn't really all that big was $60. That's easily $15 more than it should have been, given it's size and the size of the resulting portions. Still, it was one of the best prepared dishes I've had in a long time.

This was such a great venue. We really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was beautiful, simple and clean with fun pops of color. The food was exquisite. The gelato was right up there with what I’ve had in Italy and the service was wonderful. Very attentive to our families needs.

Gioia is a very well organized restaurant with attentive staff who work well together. Their food and cocktails are delicious. We had the whole fish special and it was cooked to perfection. All the regular menu items were very tasty. Our server Dana was so friendly and accommodating. This was not our first time and will not be our last!
