    Everything was great but it was very chilly in the restaurant my wife and I were very cold. I did mention to the waiter and he said he would tell the manager to adjust the AC but nothing changed. Also it just wasn’t us that were cold the couple next to us said the same thing. Would of had another glass of wine but we needed to get outside and warm up.

    My husband and I returned from a tour of Italy a couple of weeks ago and Gioia's dishes with Chef Chris Cotti compared favorably to the restaurants in Italy that we dined at. We had a wonderful dining experience at Gioia’s last evening, accompanied by our daughter to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. I am Italian, I like to cook and I am very picky about my pasta dishes whenever I go out to eat, well my pasta dish at Gioia’s was amazing! I had the Rigatoni Carbonara and the noodles and sauce were well paired, and the pasta was cooked to the perfect consistency just like every Italian likes to enjoy his or her pasta! Some of the other delicious dishes that we enjoyed were the light and airy Worcester Squares made with goat cheese, Mussels, Baccala Arancini that were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside accompanied by a delicious sauce,Smoked Carrots that were set above a creamy ricotta sauce and Burrata Salad. We saved room for dessert and loved their homemade gelatos and Tiramisu. The cocktails were also delicious, Sangria, Amaretto Sour and Black Manhattan. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. What a truly amazing evening! We will be returning to Gioia Restaurant.

    We pretty much tried everything The roasted olives were delicious.. I wish they had a little bread to accompany. Pizza was also good despite me not being a fan of thick crust. Very flavorful. Pasta -gnocchi were light & delicious Fennel & orange salad was tasty & refreshing Salmon was cooked perfectly Gelato was very tasty -pistachio & hazelnut! Overall a great meal Oh the signature cocktails were also delicious I had a gin cocktail which was very light & refreshing!!

    Our server was great and the place was nicely decorated. We had a four top and had to basically yell at each other because it was so loud. Our server couldn’t hear us at times either, no fault of hers. Definitely not a place to take people who are sensitive to noise or hearing impaired. The food was fine and the wine selection was okay.

    Anchovy toast and Arancini starters were excellent and the pistachio gelato was delicious. Great setting in very nice dining room, which sometimes is a little loud but overall great experience.
