They don’t ask to take your coats. They don’t carry your drinks from the bar to the restaurant. These are things I would expect from a nice restaurant. The service is lacking. Food is tasty and decent portions.

The food lacked in flavor. The wine was not very good. Staff was distracted, took ages everytime we needed something. Long wait between courses. Desserts were very disappointing. Protiferoles were hard and the chocolate tort was not nice at all.

Lovely decor in the restaurant . Staff are good. Wine is overpriced at £12 per glass. Draught beer was not working so only bottles available which, as we know are usuallly more expensive. The food is good but nothing special for a City Centre restaurant that should stand out from the rest

6 of us visited on Sunday 18th August and we all opted for the 2 course plus drink Lunch menu for £25 which also included Sunday lunch option for a £3 supplement. We all thought the food was fantastic and the complimentary drink of either Aperol, Prosecco or Peroni (AF options as well) was a really nice touch. This is the 3rd time I’ve visited this beautiful restaurant and I have never been disappointed. I can highly recommend.

We were pleased to stay at The Marriott hotel whilst stopping overnight in Leeds and have access to the Gino d’campo restaurant. It was modern and vibrant and provided a perfect dinner for any occasion. The food was delicious. The hotel also provided us with 20% discount if anyone is needing to stay somewhere I would also highly recommend it for service and location.

It was a quite Thursday afternoon, so ambience lacking, but it’s a lovely restaurant, service only average however (I got the wrong main course, I should have said something, but i didn’t figure it out straight away!!)
