I just love dining in the restaurant, the team are fantastic and attentive, I just feel as though I’m on holiday when I visits. Just LOVE it. And food is delicious as always. Such a lovely birthday touch with our desserts. Lupe, Danielle and Alessandro as the best.

To start with the positives…the 3 course lunch with a glass of Prosecco was good value and the food was tasty. We also asked for a cocktail not on the menu which the bar person made very well! A couple of small negatives… I think the restaurant lacks atmosphere (but it was a Tuesday lunch time) and the service was a bit rushed (the staff tried to clear our plates twice before we had finished eating). All in all it was a pleasant lunch!

Beautifully presented restaurant. Plenty of room. You didn’t notice the other tables. Loved the bi fold doors and plants. Lovely staff. Delicious food. It was a family treat for our daughter’s graduation and am so pleased we booked to come. Recommended and would use in future.

Very noisy. Poor service. My chicken was tough and overcooked. Table behind me ordered a fish to be flambed. It was very close to my neck. My complaint was met with disdain. All very disappointing as previous lunches were good.

The food was lovely and very tasty. We ordered olives to pick on until our starters came but these were sent out with our starter because the waiter had put it on the same ticket. Which was a shame. The music was quite loud too, I think music in restaurants should be background music. We were sat on the back wall so close to the speakers which may have accounted for it. Didn’t spoil our evening and would definitely go again as it’s great food and a lovely setting.

Service was outstanding from the staff. I was also given a free desert by our waiter as he noticed it was my graduation which was a nice thought, shows how attentive they are at Gino's.
