You bet! This is the reincarnation and modern evolution of the famed honky-tonk saloon and dance hall from Texas. Gilley’s Bar-B-Que restaurant is open for dinner featuring a show kitchen, views of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, custom saddle seats at the bar, ambient music and the world-famous Gilley Girls.

The food was not good & over priced. Service was terrible. Our waitress was responsive at first but once we placed our order we had to ask several servers to get her (including the manager) to get our bill. After over 20-30 minutes she showed up but the bill needed to be split differently to which she said a manager would have to approve. We didn’t want to wait so we just paid the bill (close to $200 for 4 people) & left. The only thing positive was watching the continuous line dances. They even had a teaching session! Grab a drink & watch but don’t eat there.

A to. Of food for a great price. I am Gluten free and there were a lot of options for me. Service was spectacular.

Great experience! Nothing to complain about. Food was Deliscious and large portions. Wife and I shared a three meat platter with 2 huge sides. Had enough food leftover for another person. Highly recommend.

The food was good. A little pricey but that’s Vegas. I ordered the Brisket “filet” which was a thick cut brisket with fries and broccolini. It was very tasty. Not Smokey but still good. The broccolini was excellent but had to eat it before it got cold. Overall good food, I’d go again.

Cibo buonissimo! Ribeye morbidissima e tacos molto saporiti. Abbiamo scelto come contorni patate dolci e anelli di cipolla e anche questi erano ben fatti e super croccanti. Anche la torta al cioccolato con burro di arachidi non ci ha delusi. Il locale è semplice ma accogliente e il personale è disponibile e sorridente.

First time in this very nice restaurant, service high professional and friendly, help us to order our dinner and the result was 100% our satisfaction. After dinner there is a big space for dancing, heard good country music and drink one beer more. It is a suggested restaurant to visit, to eat and to stay. Very good price level and the food quantity is too much but with a very good quality.

Though I was offered salt on my margarita, I didn’t receive it. Otherwise our server was great. The food presentation was just Ok. The French fries could’ve been warmer.
