Sunday lunch. Wine, salad very good. Steak was average, which was surprising. There was a piece of cork in my champagne. View is outstanding, the reason to visit. Same meal at Trivoli was far superior.

Was very underwhelmed with my $100 wagyu steak. Potato puree was mediocre. Spicy rigatoni was nothing special. Food overall extremely ehh. Service was great and ambiance was nice. Probably won’t go again because of the food.

We celebrated our anniversary at the restaurant and we were made to feel special from the time we checked in. The food was fabulous and the service was good.

I have been to Gibson's Italia on a few occasions and it is clear they cater to the business crowd (large tables, expense accounts, etc.) We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation. Our waiter was the worst we have had in quite some time. He brought us 2 meatballs since we were seated late, came back 20 minutes later to take our drink order and was not helpful with the menu. He catered to his large tables and in between talked to other workers. Food was good but service terrible, especially with the number of staff at this restaurant.

Simply amazing. On the third floor overlooking building and street lights the view was incredible. Couple that with superb food and this is going on our must return list. Got the stone crab appetizer the size of Godzilla and it just got better from there. We shared the Italian Salad, moved on to Scallops in Risotto and Lamb Chops and finished with two double expresso’s right on time for the Opera The Marriage of Figaro. Now we are planning a return the first chance we get. It’s superb and the wait staff were attentive without being intrusive making it an outstanding evening.
