The team at Gibsons was great from valet & coat check to a relaxing family dinner. They gave us plenty of time to chat & we’re very helpful for choices, specials and dessert. Thank you for making today so special

I do not like the new side area. It feels very cold. I was not thrilled to be seated there when we made a reservation several weeks ago.

Service was great! Food is always delicious and prepared as ordered. Plenty of steak options available. Server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

The service/server could have been more attentive, we were served a Shrimp Cocktail appetizer and he realized when he brought it to the table there was not a spoon for the cocktail sauce and he said he'd get on but never came back...we waited and just used our forks to scoop out the sauce. Also we were initially upset where we were seated...in a makeshift dinning area in which the server confirmed was an overflow when the restaurant was busy/overbooked. I informed the server I made our reservation over 30 days ago and we were here for the ambiance of the dining room. We were moved eventually into the dining room but caused my spouse and I to argue about having to mention it to management. The server overall was just ok and seemed to be not on top of his game as he could have been!

We enjoyed our Valentine’s Day at Gibsons! The food and drinks were excellent and the staff was kind and helpful. We would have preferred to sit in the main eating rooms. We were in a separate space that appeared to be a temporary space for Valentine’s Day. It did not feel as comfortable and it was very cold when guests would enter/exit the restaurant. However, it did not ruin the experience and we will come back because of the food and excellent service!

Terrible filet, Fast food fries not steak fries. Salad and Brussel sprouts were good. Very disappointed. If we want a good filet we need to go to Morton’s.
