It started with my reservation. I reserved the holiday experience and when I went to check in, they did not have my reservation or room in the main dining room. We had to sit in the bar area, which was decorated for the holidays but not what I reserved. Service was inattentive. We were seated in a booth, and were a party of 3. The table was missing glassware for one person and we had to ask. We asked for more water and an extra serving spoon, and received neither. Finally, the food was mediocre at best. It was oily. No one in my party enjoyed it and 2/3 of us wanted our leftovers. There are better Italian restaurants in the area.

The food was delicious. I had the Butternut squash raviolis with eggplant parm and it was cooked perfectly. The Frosty snowman margarita was perfect! Our server Donna was great. She brought us little lights for our drinks and made great food suggestions. We loved the Christmas experience with the decorations. Buddy the Elf was soo on-point, fun, and made our evening. He was especially great in and with our photo ops. Thank you! Merry Christmas!!

Horrible Experience, food was cold & picked over.. the staff was unwelcoming & the waitress never came to our table for the drink orders or for the entire visit. We weren’t even sat in the room with Santa or the buffet. I would not recommend

Took the grandchildren on the 22nd for the Brunch with Mr. and Mrs. Claus and Buddy the Elf and it was my grandson's birthday, and they enjoyed it so much. It just put everyone in the spirit of Christmas the food was delicious and of course my favorite is the expresso martini.

We went to Giardino’s for brunch with Santa and it certainly did not disappoint. In fact it exceeded all of our expectations. The brunch buffet had more than you would ever imagine from a brunch and everything was hot and delicious! The service was outstanding. The restaurant is festively decorated and Mr. and Mrs Claus were wonderful! This is definitely going to become an annual tradition in my fsmily! Thank you Giardino’s restaurant for a fantastic dining experience!

The value proposition of going to this restaurant has gotten progressively worse over time. As has the quality of the food. The service is beyond atrocious, yet you folks have the gall to automatically add a 20% gratuity on all checks.

The restaurant was decorated with beautifully for Christmas. The buffet had lots of options. Our server was very attentive. Mr & Mrs Claus along with Buddy the Elf were great! They walked around to the tables and were very friendly. Great overall experience!

We went for my grandsons Birthdsy / Christmas celebration The decorations made us feel like we were in a movie. Outstanding! Food was absolutist delicious. The service and staff were very hospitable They had Buddy the Elf walking around who sounded and acted just like Will Farrell. We will definately be dining here again
