The food and service were great! Zack took great care of us and was very knowledgeable. I very much appreciated the wine list- it’s so hard to find a restaurant that serves good wine in Buffalo…. But their list is 💯 Highly recommend, we will for sure be back!

Giancarlo’s is always our go to restaurant. The service and food is always top notch and consistent. The server went out of his way for a seed allergy and even plated everything on a different colored plate for it. If there were more than five stars to give, I would!

Wonderful night. Celebrating a birthday. Our server Alissa made us feel like we were her only table. Great food and wine. From the oysters, salads to our mains. Interesting pairing of blueberries with the steak. Cool stuff!! Nice touch in the menu branding with the birthday girls name on it. Super special.

Giancarlo's is the perfect setting for the dinner with friends. We had a party of 8 and were completely taken care while we enjoyed drinks, dinner, and dessert on the outdoor patio. Highly recommended for everyone to enjoy a dinner there.

First time for me, facility was modern, our server Frank was friendly and helpful. The oysters & caprese salad were delicious. My wife and I both enjoyed our entrees .

Food was delicious. Service by Katie excellent. Water refilled without hovering. Prices upscale but presentation was pretty. Sides are a separate price from steak but large enough for two people. Business casual dress was lacking by regulars who wore sneakers and leggings. Lots of parking. Noise level depended on what time it was. Feels like a "special event" kind of place. Liked it overall, will return.

We spent a wonderful evening outdoors on the covered patio. Food was outstanding and our server Austin was most attentive and able to give us good information about our selections.
