Gia is among the first restaurants in Canada to be recognized and recommended by the renowned Michelin Guide. Gia is a vibrant plant-forward 36 seat restaurant, specializing in handmade pasta with creative takes on Italian classics like plant-based meatballs, Focaccia, Ricotta Gnocchi, Rigatoni Bolognese, White Truffle Ricotta Agnolotti, Eggplant Parmigiana, Squash Risotto and Lion's Mane Steak.
Reservations: We allocate a dining period of 2 hours and typically book at 5pm, 6pm and 8pm & 10pm,
If you need more than 2 hours kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
Maximum party size is 5 Friday and Saturday, Bar seating available.

Went here for my girlfriend’s 19 birthday!! We had a blast, the server was amazing, the lighting was fantastic, and the overall vibes of the place were just perfect. Honestly 10/10 and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Everything was made with care and love because you could taste it. Servers were absolutely wonderful. Out of all the things we tried -- our favorite things were the eggplant parm, focaccia, you must get the ricotta, and the sweet potato cheesecake was absolutely special. :)

Had an exceptional birthday dinner at Gia. From the amazing ambiance of the restaurant to the incredible dishes we had an amazing time. The white truffle agnolotti and pumpkin risotto were the highlights from the course.

Our family had a reservation at GIA, but at the last minute, our two younger teens decided to join us. Even though the restaurant was fully booked, the management/owner went out of their way to accommodate the change. Their effort allowed us to all dine together, turning the evening into a truly special family get-together. On top of being together, the food was absolutely incredible—it added so much to the experience! Thank you, GIA, for going above and beyond to make it a memorable family night. We’re so grateful for your kindness and hospitality!

Great spot. All vegetarian and very accommodating to my family, which includes vegan and gluten intolerant. The food was excellent as was the service! We look forward to coming back again and again.

My friend and I came to try the new Sunday pre fixe menu. Both of us have been to Gia many times before and have loved it in the past. Sadly this time it seems to have lost some of its charm in terms of food quality. Focaccia was dry compared to past visits - although we liked the addition of the maple butter. In the past I remember the lettuce for the baby gem being of higher quality - this was mainly core pieces that didn’t have dressing properly dispersed, as well as less toppings than prior visits. Mains were delicious, we had the squash risotto and the mushroom agnolotti. The olive oil cake was delicious as usual, but we really missed the old additions of fruit to cut the mouth coating fattiness that the buttercream brings. Overall still good value, $45 pp for 3 courses. Ambiance is lovely. Will return but hoping this was just an off day and not the new normal.
