Gia is among the first restaurants in Canada to be recognized and recommended by the renowned Michelin Guide. Gia is a vibrant plant-forward 36 seat restaurant, specializing in handmade pasta with creative takes on Italian classics like plant-based meatballs, Focaccia, Ricotta Gnocchi, Rigatoni Bolognese, White Truffle Ricotta Agnolotti, Eggplant Parmigiana, Squash Risotto and Lion's Mane Steak.
Reservations: We allocate a dining period of 2 hours and typically book at 5pm, 6pm and 8pm & 10pm,
If you need more than 2 hours kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
Maximum party size is 5 Friday and Saturday, Bar seating available.

D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : Gia surpasse le gibier italien sans viande avec de succulentes pâtes maison qui mettent en valeur les ingrédients de saison de l'Ontario, notamment un délicieux tonnarelli tartufo avec une sauce au beurre de truffe et de noix de cajou. Mais le lieu ne peut accueillir que 35 personnes. Vous devez donc réserver à l'avance pour déguster les chefs-d'œuvre à base de plantes et les vins bio du restaurant.

From beginning to end this was a true culinary experience. The service was attentive and friendly, the food spectacular and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. 🙏👏👍

Gia had a set menu for Valentine’s Day and it’s heaven for vegan and vegetarian cuisine!!! Had a lovely time and they are really accommodating!!!

Gia serves amazing plant-based Italian food with great service. Our drinks, appetizers, and meals came out quickly, and everything was spot on. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a tasty and smooth dining experience.

I went to Gia to explore the plant based menu and the food was great. Really enjoyed all my courses. I was a little underwhelmed by the mocktails as they seemed to be syrup and soda based type drinks - nothing special and certainly did not compare to the excellent quality of the plant based foods. The service was ok but we kept having to ask for water which was annoying. It would have been preferred to have a bottle placed at our table so we could serve ourselves, rather than the server to pour it as she was not sufficiently attentive to us (party of 4) downing our water over and over. Overall Gia was a nice treat and I enjoyed my evening very much.

The ambience is gorgeous. The food is delicious, as someone with no dietary restrictions, you do not notice there is no meat on the menu. Delicious!!

Cosy upmarket atmosphere. Staff were the perfect level of attentiveness, made sure you had water and cleared plates without feeling like they were intruding. Our server made us feel welcome and attended to our needs despite it being busy (every table was full!). The food was amazing, we had a pasta dish and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The butter/spread that comes with the focaccia is an unsung hero in my opinion, something so easy to get right but hard to excel and this creamy spread was absolutely delicious. The pacing of the meal was great, we did not feel rushed nor did we feel like we were waiting for our food. Overall a great experience, always highly recommend to any veggie or vegan (or anyone who is happy to eat more plant based!).

Enjoyable experience. Good effort with plant based salmon, but not excellent. Appetizer and desserts very good. Wish you had 9 Oz. Glass of wine. Wil return and also recommend.

Had a lovely time at Gia, I've been wanting to try this place for a while and they didn't disappoint. Their vegan salmon was so impressive, it actually tasted so much like salmon (taste and texture) that I had a bit of a hard time eating it as a longtime vegetarian! Their cocktails were very tasty too. Had the whipped ricotta, it was good but I found the bread too hard (very crispy). And the gnocchi was very nice too, very nice sauce. Portions a little small and restaurant tables were sat too close together, but overall enjoyed my experience.
