Gi-Jin is a gin and raw bar that re-imagines the sushi experience where we marry global ingredients with traditional Japanese flavors to create inspired combinations of color, technique, and style.

Our intimate space operates on a reservation-only basis for parties of
no more than FOUR (4) people per table and ONE/TWO per seating at our counter.
Online reservations are always open with real-time availability.
Each reservation seating is designated 2 hours per booking.

We do not allow any outside alcohol. if you have a request for a specific beverage please email info@gijinpgh.com prior to your visit and we will try our best to bring it in!

Experience was amazing! Food was great! Our server Nimra was awesome as well with all types of recommendations and plenty of laughs. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience. Thanks again

Food and drinks were fantastic. Service was great but we felt a bit rushed. Especially for the price point. Overall great experience and would go back again.

First time. The cocktails were good. They only had two offerings of sake by the glass, though, and ran out of one so kind of strange for a sushi restaurant. The food was very good. The service was also good - knowledgeable. We sat inside and the environment is just so so. It's a long, thin room with a rather dark interior; the music was a bit too loud, and the wood seats are not comfortable. It was pricey but worth it. I would return.

Incredible sushi. Interesting stuff you can’t get anywhere else. Artfully prepared. Great cocktails. This place it worth the $$. It’s amazing

The sushi was very good but the prices are outrageous. $300 later we left still hungry. Don’t see a reason to return when there are other options of better value.
