Gi-Jin is a gin and raw bar that re-imagines the sushi experience where we marry global ingredients with traditional Japanese flavors to create inspired combinations of color, technique, and style.

Our intimate space operates on a reservation-only basis for parties of
no more than FOUR (4) people per table and ONE/TWO per seating at our counter.
Online reservations are always open with real-time availability.
Each reservation seating is designated 2 hours per booking.

We do not allow any outside alcohol. if you have a request for a specific beverage please email info@gijinpgh.com prior to your visit and we will try our best to bring it in!

There is a reason GiJin is my wife's absolute favorite sushi restaurant! The quality is unsurpassed and the presentation is just spot on. As a martini drinker I enjoy the wide selection of gins. And it's really neat to see a roll named for my good friend and colleague Dave Shrager!

The food is overpriced for the quality that you get. It tasted very fishy and the portions were small. They sat us at the bar and we were interrupted several times by the bartenders. The ambience was nice if you are looking for an upscale feel, but do not expect to be impressed by the sushi you will get.

So sooo good!! Everything is delicious. We had gin drinks, plates, hand rolls and desserts and everything was awesome from start to finish.
