Our Rattle Room welcomes you when joining us 4 floors below Vine street. The Rattle Room does not require reservations and is seated on a first come first serve basis.
Reservations are recommended and prioritized for our Den. If you have a reservation, please check in with the host at the front door before waiting in line. Reservations in our Den will be held for 15 minutes and are a total of 2 hours long (Excluding Saturday reservations before 6:30 which are an hour and a half). We do not serve food.

Ghost Baby exists to rattle the extraordinary. Our cocktail lounge and music venue claims a 170-year-old space that once served as a lagering tunnel for a brewing company. Come as you are and enjoy an inventive cocktail, a stiff drink, your favorite canned beer, or a glass of our hand-selected wine. Reserve your spot for an intimate, unique performance in the Den or join us in the Rattle Room (front bar) on a walk-in basis.

Great atmosphere for a date night. Drinks are unique. Live music excellent. Reserve a table for yourself you won’t be disappointed!

We wanted to check this place out since we heard about it a year ago. The musical act was good, we were seated in the performance side, but we could not hear the singer over the incessant buzz of people talking amongst themselves. As a place for drinks, it’s a unique venue. The drinks were memorable and pleasing, no food is served - but we knew that beforehand. As a place for music, it was … difficult. We could not hear the notes or the lyrics above the noise of 20 parties all talking too much. Maybe some acoustic tiles or some kind of soundproofing would help? I felt sorry for the singer.

Drinks were good, live music was awesome, ambience is unlike anything else in Cincy that I'm aware of. Only wish that the chairs at the table had some more cushioning. A fantastic and unique experience for locals and visitors of Cincinnati!

Our experience lived up to the expectations we had coming in. We had heard and read plenty of great things about Ghost Baby and finally had the opportunity to check it out and see if it lived up to the hype. For a Thursday night, it was moderately busy, but still plenty of room to move around. The drinks were amazing! We had an espresso martini and a THC infused NA and both were delicious. The ambiance was relaxing and cozy, yet vibrant. The live band was a touch too loud, but not as bad as I thought it would be as we were sat right in front of the stage. Overall great vibe, music, and drinks. Can't wait to come back.

Didn't eat anything. just had drinks. my manhattan was great... it was served smoked, which was a special treat. our server was pretty busy and was as attentive as she could be. i ordered a second drink- a glass of pinot grigio and was served a pinot noir. not get her attention to correct it, so drank it and left after paying. the place was SUPER loud.. the energy was good, the atmosphere was great in terms of the aesthetic of the place. the bank for the evening was quite literally atrocious. the lead singer used a synthesizer to change his voice while singing- couldn't understand any words and made it hard to enjoy the music. i would go back and try again on a different night with a different band.

Drinks were unique and strong. Service was slow, have to flag down server. Experiencing the atmosphere is AMAZING. That makes up for slow service.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Cocktails are good, staff is excellent and the setting is fabulous. One of my favorite places for live music and cocktails.

Our service and server was amazing. We couldn’t get there at a scheduled time do to a dinner mishap but Ghost was so accommodating and worked with us! What a remarkable experience!! Everyone and everything was amazing!
