   Came to Genesis House for our anniversary. It was a fantastic and memorable experience. Really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend for locals and tourists alike.

   Actually love this place! Can’t hear for my one year anniversary and just had to come back with the girls too. Had such an amazing time. Food was so delicious and service was great as well.

   I had an amazing time there. The food was delicious and people were very nice but I noticed on my receipt they charged me for wine..I never ordered wine. I only drank water.

   One of the best experiences that I have had in a long time. Incredible food, incredible drinks, incredible service. It surprises me that they dont have a star because Genesis House deserves one. Jose was great at the bar. Super friendly and super knowledgeable!

   It is a beautiful restaurant. The view of the Hudson with the blue sky is spectacular. The food is unique and very delicious. The portions are small and well presented.

   Highest recommendation. The space is striking, service is superb as is the food. The only negative is that I wish the menu was more extensive. Overall, this is a gem.

   I’ve been raving about Genesis House since it opened, and it used to be one of my favorite spots. I’ve even been to the Connaught Bar in London, considered the #1 bar in the world, and honestly, Genesis House was right up there for me. I loved their seasonal cocktails and food menu—it was always an incredible experience. However, after my visit this past weekend, I was deeply disappointed. They’ve changed the chef, staff, and bartender, and unfortunately, it shows. The new food menu lacks the same quality and creativity, and the cocktails just don’t compare to what they used to be. It’s heartbreaking to say this because I’ve been such a loyal fan, but I don’t see myself returning. The magic that made this place so special is gone.

    Service staff, ambiance, and food is fantastic, but management is extremely lackluster. The front of house managers struggle to complete relatively straightforward tasks expected from restaurant operators - issues include (i) difficulty using OpenTable-provided rewards, (ii) double charging on a credit card, and (iii) inability to provide a system-voided receipt. I expected better from a restaurant operating prix-fixe menus at $60+.
