Located on the historic Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO, Gemini is a full service restaurant focused on contemporary Spanish food and wine and its international influences.

The menu is guided by the seasons and highlights sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors. Taking cues from the cuisines of Barcelona and San Sebastian, we offer traditional tapas items, including Patatas Bravas, Pan con Tomate, meatballs, and Boquerones. Larger dishes from land and sea include Octopus, Cauliflower a la Plancha, and Basque Braised Lamb.

Our beverage program features organic, low-intervention wines from Spain and the West Coast, classic cocktails, and selections from Colorado’s craft brewing community.

Overall experience was kind of disappointing & food was really not worth how much it cost. Could easily go to Barcelona in Denver with a very similar menu and pay close to about half for what we got. We had three different waitresses throughout the course of our meal without any sort of explanation (maybe that’s how they do it here? I’m not sure!) & it felt like they wanted to rush us out of our table even though it wasn’t that busy. Overall was not impressed.

It’s a pity that we had such horrible service, because the food was decent. The server seemed to have clocked out halfway through our time. The new server constantly rushed us and tried multiple times to take away our plates even before finishing our meals. She brought the desert menu after giving us the check and just pushed us out to have desert elsewhere. Will not return to the establishment.

Second time here. The prawns with black rice were very tasty, as were the cocktails. Will be back.

We enjoyed are snacks and small plates immensely. The mushrooms were awesome. The gazpacho was very fresh and delightful. Looking forward to our next visit and trying the entrees.

Gemini is always a great experience. We had an appetizer, a salad and 2 tiny plates, one chicken skewers and one goat cheese. So good! We ended with spicy peach sorbet and caramel flan - both delicious.

So good. One of the best spots in Boulder. Small updates based on the season, but the best of the best are always available. Always a great experience eating at Gemini.
