I’m not sure about these bad reviews I’ve seen but the experience at Gazebo was absolutely fantastic! My friend and I had an incredible time on Friday night. Rimah, our waitress, was exceptional—she truly made the evening memorable with her excellent service. The food was beyond delicious, with every dish surpassing our expectations. If I had to offer one suggestion, it would be to add a dessert option to the menu. A classic like fire-baked bread pudding would be a perfect touch to an already amazing dining experience. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a very nice vibe. It suitable for varying ages but definitely caters to the young adult crowd. I enjoyed the creole Cobb salad. My mom had the catfish and the side seafood cabbage. The serving for the cabbage was kinda small for $12. My daughter had the catfish and spaghetti, she loved it. I was disappointed that there is an automatic 18% service fee. Our party was only three people. I would expect something like that for a larger party. I hope they pay the servers well.

Dirty glasses with floating particles throughout. Seafood boil that taste sweet and stingy portions. Waitstaff was rude, greedy, waitstaff, and the manager. The managing staff was aware and brushed this type of behavior yeah off.

Reservation was made with a question from establishment that said “ what’s the occasion “? Reply: Birthday. Service was slow, food was delicious. No mention of the occasion the entire time. Why ask? If top wasn’t included, waitress may have not gotten one. It was just that long of wait. Witnessed two parties leaving before ordering.

The oysters were good, we really liked they they offered specials even on the weekend, our server Karimah was knowledgeable & was able to give recommendations,

MY experience was great. The food was piping hot. The drinks were pretty good. And the music was greasy.

chargrill crab was very burnt, we could even get meat they was out of fries so noone let us know they just gave us a side, no hush puppies was with my food

We had an absolute awful time at this location. We had a reservation but was told to wait at the bar for around 15 minutes. After waiting there a lot of time I went back up to the hostess to ask about the weight on the table and was told that she forgot. We finally sat down to have our order place and waited over an hour and a half to get absolutely no food. A manager did come over to speak who was kind and explained to us that everything was made to order, but there was honestly no excuse because all we have was waters and sprite. Other people were getting their food and when we asked why other individuals were, the hostess told us it was because it was happy hour, and our food was coming, but it never did. I definitely would not recommend..
