At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

We had a nice experience. The food was tasty, we were served quickly, and the staff was beyond pleasant.

Our first time here. Very impressed with the quality and selection on the cold and hot salad bars. The service was great and everyone one was very friendly. We will be going back soon!

Service was always exceptional. They are very attentive. However some of the cuts are limited. Even if you take the.full experience or the $45 experience. I tried both of it and so far they are almost the same. I like how they season their meat too. Way better than the competitors nearby.

The food and service here are great. It is a shame the ambience is so loud and the overall decor of this place is no better than a strip mall restaurant. The lighting is too bright, the noise is loud and overbearing, the tables and chairs are plain and uncomfortable, like I was sitting at my church basement buffet. For the price of the food, which is quite good but costly, and the service, which is excellent, I expect a nicer, more relaxing interior that doesn’t feel like I’m at a food court. We won’t be back.

Salad bar is better than Fogo and food and service were absolutely top notch. I highly recommend this place.

The staff are SUPER friendly & approachable; our waiter was very helpful with how to get the best of everything. Food was plenty & delicious. The atmosphere was clean and luxury looking. The manager helped us take really nice pictures for our first date. We were glad we chose here to create memories & will definitely be back soon!

I reserved through OpenTable because of the $45 special. Not all meats are offered for that price. It is misleading so we opted to do the full price, but that doesn’t include dessert. The meats were delicious, particularly the lamb and picanha. Cheese-bread was not as good as at other Brazilian restaurants. The salad and cheese offerings were very good and the Caipirinha as expected.
