At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

Amazing food and top tier service. Authentic Brazilian cuisine. Very impressed being someone who has been to multiple Brazilian steak houses in Brazil. Will definitely be returning to this establishment.

This was my second time here. The first time was on a weeknight and the crowd level was much lower compared to this time on a Saturday night when it was packed. The crowd seemed to have a significant impact on the level of service provided. It was hard to walk around and the food was not being replaced quick enough on the buffet. The wait staff was hard to hear and I did not understand what they were saying, so that meant I had to accept the meats not knowing what it was. Not worth the price.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration. The service was so attentive and even decorated a cake that we brought in! Food was outstanding!!! Charcoal flame cooked was better than others who use gas flame! I recommend going for late lunch, 2-3pm. All the same food, half the price, and so filling we didn't need dinner. Cocktails were made with fresh squeezed fruit!! Highly recommend for both meat lovers and vegetarian, as the cold bar is filled with wonderful veggies and salad. They also provide plantains, mashed potatoes, fries and another vegetable at the table. Oh, and these amazing cheese puff bread! You MUST go!

This was our first time visiting this Brazilian style steakhouse. Food was excellent, staff was friendly, anticipated needs and restaurant was clean. We had a great time. Thanks!

Great and wonderful service and food. Music was too loud . Would’ve loved it to be more jazzy given the dining experience. Nonetheless we enjoyed a wonderful date night. Highly recommended

Great experience , waiters are super attentive and the ambient is great . Would def recommend this spot to couples , families , friends etc etc . You get what you pay for

The meats were excellent, service was some of the best in the world. Also the salad bar was great nothing to complain about there. Finally the actual place was beautiful!

Very loud environment. Key lime “pie” is not pie, it’s cake any not vey good. Otherwise, steak/meats and rum drinks were very good.
