At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

The food was excellent and servers were very friendly. They brought a wide variety of meats to the table, which was a nice change compared to other Brazilian steakhouses that often try to load up customers on cheaper cuts of steak.

I had the pleasure of dining at Gauchos Prime recently, and it completely exceeded my expectations! I used to believe Fogo De Chao was unbeatable when it came to Brazilian steakhouses, but Gauchos Prime has definitely taken the crown. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and warm welcomes from the staff, and the manager personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect, including ensuring my meats were as rare as I wanted them. The real stars of the evening were the incredible lamb chops and lamb steaks—tender and full of flavor. The salmon, served with a passionfruit sauce, was a delightful surprise that balanced freshness with a tangy twist. The Parmigiana Regina cheese, paired with the candied bacon, brought an extra level of indulgence to the meal. And for dessert, the mango and passionfruit cheesecake was simply extraordinary—light, refreshing, and the perfect way to end the night. Gauchos Prime impressed me not only with the quality and variety of their meats but also with their expansive market table, which offers a greater selection of fresh fruits than I’ve seen at Fogo De Chao. Without a doubt, this is my new go-to spot whenever I'm in the King of Prussia area!

This will be my dinning place for ever if they continue the hostess and kindly service of all the workers their. Food is great better than any Brazilian restaurant.

Was a great experience, the service was all the time around taking care of us. As a Brazilian they did make sure that I had some special itens to feel even more welcomed. Very tasty lamb selections followed from the other delicious cuts and salad bar.

This was not our first visit. We like it there so much, we have to remind ourselves to not go too often. The service is amazing. They remembered us and brought out our favorites, and still asked if there was anything else they can bring or do for us. The salad bar could definitely be a meal unto itself, and even the desserts are different from other places.

Everything from food to service was great. But i wish they would of told me they didn't have any key lime pie instead of disguising a cheesecake with lime zest as one and charging me for it. That let me down.

The food was delicious and the service is what really made the experience pop. My plate and wine glass never went empty and our serving staff provided samples and recommendations for other offerings the restaurant had on their menu. All in all a fantastic experience and a wonderful evening.
