At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

Our first time eating at Gaucho Prime in KOP and it was an amazing experience, starting from our extraordinary waiter Eleazar to all of who assisted him. The attention was a perfect balance of helpfulness to sharing information on certain items. We were a party of six, which included an 11 month old who stole the show with his excellent behavior. Food was even better than Fogo de Chao who we frequented in the past. We highly recommend this restaurant to whomever is a meat eater.

My son and I had a a wonderful time together eating here. We came for Resturant week but decided to just do the main menu. The food was amazing and so was the service.

They missed serving all the offering. Brought the same meats and cheese over and over. Salad bar was the good part

Gaucho’s prime is an amazing spot ! And it has one more unique offering - hot fried cheese with honey! Absolutely delicious with fresh fruit!

We really enjoyed all of the staff here. They were friendly and were always coming over when we had our green stars out. Excellent food and great experience.
