The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

Not impressed with how the host treated us - lack of warmth and not very welcoming in her demeanor upon our arrival and when being seated. This is pretty important to me because it usually sets the tone for a restaurant experience and they just did not seem like they cared. However, our waiter and the staff who brought around the meats were excellent. The meats and salad bar were delicious as well! Overall a nice date night spot but just unhappy with the host staff working at the front desk.

Food was good, and our waiter was very attentive however getting certain cuts of meat or different items was difficult due to language barriers. There were a lot of repeat rounds and few new options unless we hounded them down or asked our waiter to send them over when available, sometimes they'd even skip over our table. I think adding a stand for the token to sit in so it's more easily visible would fix this since the lighting is dim and they can be hard to see.

Service was very good and would recommend coming. The only issue was food sometimes was inconsistent as some meats or salad bar options were very salty at times.

I was apprehensive going on valentines night, only because in past experiences, restaurants are usually short-staffed and it’s too crowded. Gauchos did a fantastic job, they didn’t overcharge or have a limited menu for food just because it was Valentines night like the majority of restaurants do. Food came hot, waiters did a great job periodically checking on you since it’s really more of a self-serve type…

The food was excellent, but other than that experience was awful!!! Wife ordered drink was never made, asked for lamb well done never came also. The server did not explain how the evening went!!! They over packed the place to maximize profit but lower the quality of service

It was our first time dining at Gauchos Do Sul and it was amazing. The salad bar had lots of great options and the meat selections were out of this world!! To top it all off, service was excellent!! The servers were so fast and generous with the portions. 10/10 would highly recommend this place.

Diego was a fantastic server and made our anniversary feel even more special. All of the staff were very attentive & polite. The food was delicious & it was an overall amazing experience for a first time dining at a Brazilian steakhouse. Definitely our go to spot.
