The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

                                                                                                                                  Had an amazing experience from start to finish. Hostess was kind and waitstaff was very attentive. Food was amazing. We enjoyed some meats more than others which is just personal preference. If we asked for a specific meat they brought it out immediately. Drinks were always full. The manager checked on us several times. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to return. Perfect for any special occasion!

                                                                                                                                  My family and I visited Guachos for my birthday, and while the food didn’t quite meet our expectations, the service certainly did. Romero, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate a special order for my father, which we really appreciated. The service was the highlight of our experience. However, the selection of meats was slow to arrive at our table, and overall, we felt that the quality of the food didn’t match the price we paid. We enjoyed the hospitality more than the meal.

It’s a little pricey for us since we don’t eat alot - but we love the food. Service was awesome. Did take a while to get the rolls out tonight. However our waiter Marvin was awesome!!

                                                                                                                                  We had been to Gauchos when they first opened and weren’t really impressed. However, we decided to try it again because of their Restaurant Week support. WOW it was great. Impeccable service, the salad bar seems like it has doubled since our last visit, and the meats were outstanding. Definitely will go back.

                                                                                                                                  Gauchos Katy was exquisite. From driving up to the restaurant to walking in, the decor was spot on. We were greeted by the valet and the hostess and they were very inviting. I love the ambiance and interior decorations. The food selection had so many choices and were top notch cuts. What I really enjoyed most is the quality of the meats and how they were seasoned. Many places keeps seasoning after giving a piece, so it over saturates with salt. Here, it was made with perfection! Thank you for an unforgettable anniversary!
