The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat.

We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats.
You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

My daughter (26) made a reservation for us here for our birthdays. We were both super excited. But our big family of 4 were sat a table that can’t comfortably fit 4 adults. My daughter asked to move to a bigger table, it took three different staff members coming to the table for us to finally move to a bigger table. That’s fine but what I did not like is my daughter who is again 26, anytime she would ask for more food, or wine or anything the waiters would look at me and my husband to ask if that’s okay. This happened all night even when they had seen her ID. I haven’t experienced that since my daughters were kid kids. As well as the table next to us had two people in their party with birthdays, they both got desert and the birthday special. This prompted my other daughter to ask about me and her sister. Waiter wasn’t necessarily rude but he kept asking in different ways if it was really me and my daughters birthdays, but when we made the reservation we did put we had two birthdays to celebrate as well as they could of just asked for our IDs again and saw it was true.

This was my second time dining here and everything was great. Very attentive staff and the food was delicious. I will be returning here for my 30th birthday dinner!

I loved the ambiance as soon as I got in the elevator and made my way up to the entrance. The hostess was polite, sweet, and helpful and the entire staff explained everything perfectly. I have to say the lamp chops were my favorite of all the meat options! Not to mention the drinks were super delicious, highly recommend La Rosa and Mango Passion. Celebrating my 4 year business anniversary at Gauchos was a great decision, I’ll definitely be back!

The food was very flavorful and came out cooked to perfection. Once you told the servers what temperature you liked you meat cooked they kept good track of your preference and brought you exactly what you wanted. Something this place did better than other Brazilian steakhouses is they asked if you wanted anything in particular off the buffet but when you asked they quickly brought it to you . Sometimes if you request a specific cut it takes an eternity for them to bring it, that was not the case here. The service was just as good as the food. Something I found commendable, they have signs in the restrooms offering to keep your vehicle parked overnight if you had a bit too much to drink. Given the fact that the bar is a small portion of what the restaurant has to offer I thought this was a thoughtful touch.
