Every Wednesday, join us for ‘Steak Night Date Night’ and dig into an epic sharing steak for two with sides, sauces and a bottle of red or white wine chosen by our team of sommeliers from £70 per pair.

Gaucho Liverpool set in a grade II listed building and which was previously a bank, boasts original features such as marble pillars and grand high ceilings to compliment sophisticated interiors inspired by modern Argentina. Impeccable Argentinian steaks, flavours of Latin America and a perfectly curated drinks and wine list are all enjoyed in uncompromised elegance.

As well as a statement bar fit with a stage on top for late night entertainment, the restaurant also features two private dining rooms with unique features such as a marbled fireplace as well as a Beef Bar, where guests can enjoy a counter-dining experience as their very own chef take guests through a multi-course beef tasting menu with paired wines.

From a classic Chateaubriand, the centre cut of a fillet, to the Gaucho iconic cut Churrasco de Chorizo which is our spiral cut sirloin marinated in garlic, parsley and olive oil gather your partner or a few friends and family for the ultimate Gaucho dining feast. Churrasco de Chorizo 500g + 2 sides + 2 sauces for £70 Tira de Ancho 600g + 2 sides + 2 sauces for £80 Chateaubriand 450g + 2 sides + 2 sauces for £90 A steak must be ordered between two people and cannot be split between three. All guests must be dining on the offer.

Sample our Argentinian Beef Tasting Menu as your very own private chef takes your through a step-by-step masterclass in flavours as well as preparation & creation of each dish. -Seabass Ceviche -Beef Tartare Taco -Lomo Tiraditos -Churrasco Cuadril 150g -Ancho 150g -Dulche de Leche Ice Cream *We require a minimum 24hr notice period for our Beef Bar experience. Please note bookings made with less than 24hr notice may be cancelled. *This is a 2 hour, counter dining experience. Bookings of fewer than 8 will be sharing the counter with other guests. *Wine flights priced per person.

Very disappointed, heard good reviews of gaucho and sadly this was not our experience. The food was bog standard, for the prices you would expect it to be spot on! The burgers were tasteless and pink when we were told they come well done. To be fair the burger was changed but still not good. Two friends had the very expensive steaks they had to be taken back and replaced but by the time they came out we had all finished! We did have the steaks and burger taken off the bill but then had to pay nearly £60 gratuity charge on top? Surely this is the customers decision? I ordered a bottle of wine, the organic white, I was asked was I fixed on having organic? Then asked if I like SB Marlborough New Zealand, yes then brought a bottle over but they forgot to add it was £18 dearer? The money wasn’t an issue but it is overly priced, the food was very bog standard, we had to use our phones to read the menus as it was so dark and thought we were in a night club it was that loud! We won’t be back, it was a special occasion for my husbands birthday and friends had driven a long way to surprise him, so disappointing

Fantastic restaurant great ambiance,always a must go to when visiting Liverpool my husband is a big steak person and absolutely loves it here .

Really good experience overall. We both had the fillet. Wife’s was good but mine had a fair bit of fat still which you shouldn’t have for the asking price. But overall a great night.

We went there for my mates leaving dinner, as he is moving country and it was TERRIBLE. Our booking was at 8.45pm for 7. We got there earlier and we told them there were only 5 of us and and waiting for 2 more ppl. We was told to wait and we did. A WHOLE HOUR later we still wasn’t sat, just left in the bar and by then it was already 9.45pm. We ended up leaving. Honestly, ruined our last dinner together and our night. Very very very disappointed cos we was so excited to try this restaurant. We had high expectations and was let down so badly.
