Located in a stunning Grade II listed building that was once a bank, Gaucho Liverpool combines the charm of its original features—such as marble pillars and soaring high ceilings—with sophisticated interiors inspired by modern Argentina.

Steak was good, but nothing that separates it from the likes of miller & carter. Service was prompt but felt like it was pressured at times to order, which actually lost us ordered more food. Although friendly service made me feel uncomfortable at times.

I booked for 12 people for a birthday celebration. The building is stunning, it really has the wow factor. Our server was lovely and really informative and everyone loved their food. Thanks so much for making my birthday so special.

Absolutely stunning restaurant. Staff are so lovely. Food was outstanding best place we've been for a long time. Can't wait to go back for my birthday.

I’m not even kidding this was the best dining experience I’ve ever had, I’ve been all over the place to Japan, New York, Melbourne etc and Gaucho Liverpool was genuinely incredible. I had the T bone steak and shared with my girlfriend and while it wasn’t the best steak I’ve ever had it was definetly up there. However the real value of this place is 1 the venue, just wow and second the service. Oh my, I never normally tip outside of America but I tipped our server £20 because he actually was above and beyond helpful and nice and funny. Not pushy or annoying, didn’t recommend us the most expensive things and really helped us choose our course. I cannot remember his name but he was from Romania. The peppercorn sauce was the best I’ve had and the cheesecake was also the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 would go back and definitely would recommend.

What a gorgeous experience at Gaucho. I doubt you can find a better dining experience in liverpool. The food is lovely and the service even better. Our server was so attentive and even remembered our little boys name and addressed him as such to make him feel super welcome. The lunch menu is excellent value.

Attended and tried their lunch menu offer of two courses for £19.95. Had prawns for starters which were some of the best prawns I’ve had! Given gaucho is a more reputable/pricier restaurant I was expecting a tiny portion but this was not the case. A reasonable amount of prawns. Steak for main and it did not disappoint, with hand cut chips alongside (top tier chips!) Great service from every member of staff who engaged with us. Will be visiting again.
