Thank-you for choosing Gaucho, Calgary’s only authentic Churrascaria- Brazilian Barbecue. Gaucho is inspired by the dynamic and rich cultural heritage of the Brazilian cowboy, the time honored tradition of Churrasco (barbecue) and Rodizio (round-about) service. Rodizio dining is like nothing you’ve tried before. To do it properly, budget an evening – or at least a few hours – and come hungry! Your barbecue chef of the evening will come around with massive churrasco-style skewers, each with a tender cut-of-the-day. Went in for my sisters birthday dinner on a Thursday night. It wasn’t too busy and the server made excellent suggestions. We did the all you can eat and the the food tasted fresh and was hot. The sides were so yummy. The deserts were amazing. We will be back.

Highly recommended. Food and service in both the restaurant and the lounge was excellent. Friendly and attentive staff.

First time dining at Gaucho. The food and service are both pretty decent. Chefs came around with meats pretty frequently. The waiter was friendly and helpful as well. My only critique was that it was difficult to understand what some chefs were saying in terms the meat cut and flavor. So it was hard to keep track what meats I tried and didn’t. Overall a pretty decent experience of Brazilian BBQ.

Food is great!!! We wil definitely come back to visit this restaurant. Our server was super friendly and very knowledgeable with the menus. Recommended some good drinks and it was excellent. Highly recommended this place for any kind of gatherings. We enjoyed a lot, and hopefully every guests who came felt the same experience as what we did. The ambiance was way better than the previous location. Keep up the good work!!!

Was a great night at Gaucho. The food was great service was great. Just wish we could have ate more but was very full. Loved it, will be back!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Best Brazilian BBQ in Calgary hands down. Also love that the sides are brought to you, no buffet. Worth the extra spend as it just elevates it.

Me and my husband went for dinner to Gaucho. The food was delicious. The restaurant is very clean. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Tons of parking available outside. Camilla went above and beyond to help us with food and drinks choices. She is super nice and has a great customer service. She is very knowledgeable about Brazil and Brazilian food. She made our experience even better. Will definitely be back to this restaurant.
