This was easily some of the worst service I’ve ever had. We didn’t even have a waiter. We had to ask the hostess for our drinks 15 minutes after being seated and never got refills, and at the end of dinner, after sitting for 30 minutes, we had to ask the hostess again for our check because we did not have a waiter. There were a few people circulating and we originally asked them for the check and they basically said “wait a minute” and never came back. I thought maybe we were doing something wrong and maybe the men who were shaving meat also took drink orders but this was not the case and the table right next to us had a waiter. The food was fine although the website has a bunch of meat listed and they were only circulating 5 or so meats which was disappointing. I also understand everyone liked their meat cooked differently but most of it was so overcooked you couldn’t chew it. The best thing we ate was the house special. I understand that it was busy, but when you spend over a $100 on dinner I expect to enjoy myself and have great service and unfortunately I had neither. I am a big believer in tipping 20% but last night I didn’t for the first time. You tip a waiter who gave you good service and there was no waiter!!

Would like to have known the dessert didn’t come with the meal at $10 a piece for a small piece of cheesecake before I said heck yeah we want dessert. I was already full as a tick. The lamb chops only came around once and wasn’t enough to go around our table for everyone to try. But overall was great food and wonderful service.

They are so great. Even with kids. The servers all have great manners and the food is delicious.

I cannot say which I liked more, the delicious food or the excellent service. All the wait staff were so attentive, kind, helpful, and quick. The different types of meat were all excellent, I especially liked the lamb chops. The buffet items were light, yummy, and also accompanied the meat perfectly. I had the crème brûlée for dessert and wow, it was spectacular. Best birthday dinner in a while!

The ribeye cut smelled and tasted like old meat. The house special and bottom sirloin were both good. Salad bar was not as good as other Brazilian steakhouses, but it was adequate

My family and I had a great evening, great food, great service, and a neat vibe. The meats were outstanding and my sister and I couldn't get enough of the carmelized bananas! The cocktails were very tasty, and if you've never experienced a Brazilian Steakhouse, you need to, it's fun and different and delicious! Thanks Gauchinho's for a great night!!

Great last minute rsvp and dinner before New Years with family. Service was very attentive, salad bar was excellent. Some meat seemed a bit overcooked but still good. Orveline was one of the servers who was extremely attentive, quick and very responsive. He went above and beyond and was very pleasant. Will return.
