I was told if you have nothing nice to say; say nothing at all. The unfortunate part was that we chose this restaurant for our Thanksgiving meal (not the special, off the menu). Our family has owned an Italian restaurant on the East Coast for nearly 40 years. And something was clearly wrong in the kitchen on this day. I'm not sure I'll give it another opportunity. We're cat people so love the name. Really disappointing evening from tip to tail.

Nathan and the rest of the staff took great care of us for Thanksgiving dinner. We were a lively party of 13. Nathan was friendly, detailed, attentive and the food was great. Some of us ordered from the regular Gattara menu and others from the Thanksgiving menu. We all were happy! Wonderful night!

We were allowed to take the 1515 Thanksgiving reservation, why? The buffet closed down 10 minutes after we were going up to eat, so disappointing. Also there was a terrible selection of foods and not much selection. $60 mac and cheese and eggs…. Couldn’t feel more ripped off right now.

Thank you to the talented Chef and all the amazing staff for welcoming us on this Thanksgiving. The food was delicious, beyond what we expected. And the staff was friendly, polite and welcoming. So enjoyed our visit. We live in the Springs and picked up our grandson at DU. So glad we made our reservations at Gattara! 10 Stars!!!

Delicious! This is my second visit to Gattara and everything has been so good! We shared the short rib pappardelle, the seasonal pumpkin burrata risotto with scallops, and the dilicata salad with salmon and every dish was so incredible. We got bread pudding and chocolate mousse for dessert and they were heavenly. Drinks were so good - I recommend the Russian Blue cocktail. Such a cute place, great service, and delicious food!

first visit. enjoyed it very much. I had the lasagna, very good! friend had the Bolognese and other had the red snapper. both enjoyed as well.

Excellent Salmon served with mash potatoes and beautifully medley of fresh sautéed vegetables. I substituted the potatoes with rigatoni and marinara sauce which caused the chef to proclaim “I love that decision - it’s how I make it at home!” Cocktails at this restaurant are extraordinary. A perfect dining experience.
