Gatsby is a reimagined American diner by KNEAD Hospitality + Design. With favorites like the famous monte cristo sandwich, fried chicken or today's blue plate special, Gatsby brings you back to the days of the diner, but from a fresh perspective. Whether you crave breakfast at any time of day or a smashburger & a milkshake, Gatsby is the perfect place. Located at the corner of Half and N Streets, directly in front of Nats Park's Centerfield Gate, and overlooking the ballpark from our second floor dining room, Gatsby is the perfect pre/post game venue from which to celebrate.

Our service was horrible!!! It took forever to order and get food and the place wasn’t even crowded

Food was pretty good! Moriah was our server and did pretty good managing multiple tables. Food was a bit slow coming out for the brunch. The bathroom on the 2nd floor was absolutely horrible. There is a putrid smell that is coming from the plumbing according to the manager. No way should this be acceptable in a restaurant. The lights in the bathroom are way too dark. I get that it’s part of the ambience, but ladies like to check themselves out when entering a restroom.

It was a fun, stylish place to have brunch. I loved the bottomless drinks. I was able to try several different drinks. The music was AWESOME but a bit loud for conversation.

The Gatsby is always a wonderful experience. The food is always good and the views are so breathtaking. I always come back. 10/10.

Great experience, they charge a gratuity fee. So keep that in mind when coming here

I had the French toast which was delicious and it wasn’t overly sweet. I had a side of Turkey sausage which was good but I wish the casing could have been removed and the star of the show was the macaroni and cheese.

Great great service! I’m sad I don’t know her name but she was amazing! Drinks were amazing! Food was just okay. Nothing special but honestly, the bottomless, service and vibes make up for that. Great music as well.

Food was pretty good but service could stand to be improved. We went here for the holiday menu they advertised and the server didn’t say anything about the offerings until we were ordering. And she only mentioned one thing on the menu. The server was not rude but also wasn’t friendly. She took our drink order and literally just walked away after I finished speaking. No acknowledgment.

The experience was okay we had a party of seven but was seated amongst other guests so I’m quite sure we were a little noisy for them. My other observation is after we received our food the waitress never came back to check to make sure everything was good with our food or if we needed anything else. I find that in some restaurants once the 20% gratuity is already included for the party they don’t care much about checking in on the group. The food item I had was okay (Greek Omelet) but I would try something different if I made another visit.
