Gather55 is a unique restaurant that supports the mission work of Hands On Hartford. Each month a different Guest Chef offers a special menu for our guests. Where else can you sample offerings from award-winning chefs all in one meal? Gather55 is in the Parkville neighborhood of Hartford and there is plenty of free parking adjacent to the restaurant.

Great choices on the menu to please everyone in our group of 4. We all got something different and all were happy! Served in a very pleasing manner and delicious. Everybody was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Not at all rushed and prix fixe was offered which 2 of us chose. Best meal ever!

This is our third time here and it does not disappoint. Food is delicious, staff is wonderful and they got us in and out with plenty of time to get to the theater on time. So easy to have a conversation with our guests at the table without straining to hear. We love the concept of community awareness too. This has become our go-to restaurant with friends.

What an amazing place, concept, food and experience. Some the the best service ever, so friendly, kind and engaging. I cannot wait to go back. A great value, the food is clearly made with passion and love.

My friends and I dine there monthly not just for the top-notch food and service, but to support this wonderful organization. Not only do we dine in there, we have raised funds to help support this amazing restaurant’s vital vision and service to the community.

First time trying Gather 55. Went for my wife's birthday. Being the day after Thanksgiving, there was only a handful of people dining, so it was quiet. Our server Lorenzo greeted us warmly and explained the concept of the restaurant and organization. We both opted for the $55 prefix meal and were not disappointed. You could literally make a meal out of the appetizers. Entree and dessert portions were also very plentiful, and very well prepared. Great concept and restaurant.

We received a warm welcome from Angelique, the friendliest server! It was a quiet night being the day after Thanksgiving, but there were no shortcuts with food or service whatsoever. We enjoyed the lobster ravioli, yucca and kale salad. Our entrees included the chicken mole and meatloaf which were tasty and generous portions. We shared desserts of luscious tres leches and pumpkin cheesecake. We enjoy supporting Gather55 and it’s unique model that supports the daytime programs. Keep up the good work!

We really enjoyed being apart of gather 55 that evening. It doesn’t feel like a typical restaurant knowing what is behind its mission. It feels wholesome and real. Our server, I believe her name was Adrian outlined the menu and knew just when to come around. She honestly could have sat down with both of us and it would have been a party.

I enjoyed my visit to Gather 55 immensely. Their wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly and made my 2 children and me feel very welcome. They helped us with questions and when our meals came we had no regrets. The presentation was top notch and the flavors in my eggplant and kale dish were deliciously well married. The ambiance was at once relaxed and refined. I'm definitely going to reserve a table here again when we return to Hartford.
